While my photographer was shooting this look, he said, “You sure do own a lot of leopard!”. I guess I knew I did (see post here, here, here, and here.), but hearing it said aloud really made me think. Like legit think, and count, during the shoot. Probably why this look only has three usable photos. I had my forehead squished and fingers going (counting) during most of them. Clearly, I lost count, but I’m collecting content for one hell of an outtakes post for y’all!!!

On another note (I feel like I always say that?), I try to keep it pretty kid-free around here. I hate following style/fashion bloggers, and when they get pregnant, they become mommy bloggers. Like, I’m here for the clothes, not your kid! But, I need to carve out a paragraph or so for my daughter. Humor me, if you will.

Last Thursday, AC came to me and said that her and Olivia wanted to spend their Saturday’s during October selling cookies and lemonade for Breast Cancer research. While I was elated at the selflessness of 10 year olds, I was skeptical because purchasing things from children (outside of school fundraisers) is an easy “money maker”. I honestly didn’t know if they’d be taken seriously. And that would crush them.

They made $30.00 last Saturday, and they were elated, y’all! Their goal is $250.00. It’s the second tier donation level of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Mater’s Pizza has welcomed them to set up outside of their restaurant this Saturday from 11:00-2:00. Their faces after finding out, y’all! They screamed and jumped up and down and it was priceless!!! So, if you’re local, please consider stopping by Mater’s this Saturday and purchasing a cookie and a glass of lemonade for $1.00 from these two sweet, caring girls. I know it will mean the world to them, and I hope it’ll make your Game Day Saturday as well!
