Good morning, y’all! And happy Wednesday. A lot of your kiddos started school back today, how’d that go? AC was so ready, but beyond the first week, she’ll be ready for summer break again. Gotta show off that back to school wardrobe and then she’s over it. Ha! The apple really doesn’t fall far, does it?
This kimono from VICI is only $29.00 and in stock in sizes XS-Large. It’s a final sale item, but sizing is TTS, so no risk in needing to return. I made my first purchase from VICI three weeks ago and just made my 5th last night. It’s becoming a problem, but their stuff is just so good, y’all!
I really wanted to bring out the orangish-yellow color in the kimono, so I paired it with my mustard cami. I have this cami in 7 colors, y’all. It’s literally the most versatile piece for layering or to wear alone. I don’t wear it alone because I’m self conscious about my upper arms, but have seen a lot of people do so and it looks great! It also fits TTS and has adjustable straps. It has a crinkle look, which is great because it doesn’t make mild wrinkles stand out. You can see other ways I’ve worn it in different colors here, here, and here.
Another thing I wanted to talk about were these AGOLDE Parker shorts. I’m not gonna lie, they’re quite the investment, but if you’re a self proclaimed “cut offs queen” like I am, then they’re totally worth the investment. I feel like the One Teaspoon Bandit shorts were what you saw everywhere, and then out of the blue AGOLDE came around, and I much prefer my AGOLDE ones, to be honest. A word of advice: sizing suggests to size down, DO NOT do this. I did, and only since loosing 9 pounds am I able to button them. I would have exchanged, but I pulled the tags off before trying them on, which I never do. Maybe it was my subconscious telling me to put down the cold beer and put my Adidas to the pavement. Ha!
