First of all, this dress kinda made me feel like Fancy when her momma turned her out haha. “I stepped into a satin dancin’ dress that had a split on the side clean up to my hip”. Seriously though, the side split is pretty high. This turned out to be one of the few times that being short was beneficial.

I’m a little late to the Amazon Fashion craze, as that seems to be the only brand that bloggers are talking about now. In all honesty, I really never saw myself taking the plunge because I figured it was cheap Alibaba crap. I wasn’t entirely wrong, but I wasn’t 100% right, either. Let’s dive in…

On June 3rd, I ordered nine dresses and spent $187.00. Not bad, right? Hell no, not bad. That’s amazing! Out of the nine dresses I ordered, I’m still waiting on three to arrive, I returned two (one due to quality, the other due to fit) and I kept four. I used Prime, so I’m not sure why three haven’t arrived yet, it says expected delivery between June 27-July 19. That’s a little ridiculous, so my advice is not to order from there if you’re in a time pinch, just to be safe.

The four I kept I really love. They seem to be of good quality for the price point, the fit of each seemed accurate, and they didn’t smell funny (ha!). I feel it necessary to mention that last part, I know y’all know what I’m talking about!

Overall, I’d buy clothing from Amazon Fashion again. Just use your best judgement in the fact that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. In my experience, a $10.00 dress is going to look like a $10.00 dress anywhere you buy it.

Have y’all been shopping for clothing at Amazon? Or have you been reluctant like I was?
