I hope everyone had a fabulous, fun- filled New Years Eve! B and I went to dinner and drinks with my girl squad and their husbands. We weren’t quite ready to call it a night, so we went back to Kinzie’s for a little night cap. Don’t worry, we were safe! Bobby doesn’t drink ha.
You may remember this outfit from this blog post or this Instagram, but I didn’t share outfit details. I had a couple of you DM me asking, and had planned on writing a post on it, but hadn’t gotten around to it.
I wore this entire outfit to brunch a few Sunday’s ago (except with these moccasins) to meet up with a couple of old friends. We had a great time and brunch was by far the best I’d had in Gadsden. If you’re local, I highly suggest going to Sugar Moon!!! They have a brunch buffet that is amazing!!! Try the Banana Fosters Crepes. They’re delicious!
And if you’ll allow me to rave about them further, B and I had dinner there for our anniversary and their steak is by far the best in town! Seriously, if you haven’t eaten there yet, do so quickly! Thank me later. The service is impeccable and their chef creates culinary masterpieces. I swear, it’s so good. If you enjoy a good meal that isn’t frozen off of a chain food truck, give them a try.
I purchased this sweater when American Eagle was having their BOGO 50% off sale, making it less than $30.00. I usually shy away from blush colors, as they wash me out, but the lighter shade of this one doesn’t. If pink isn’t your thing, it’s available in five other colors, too.
I’ve definitely started shopping at American Eagle a lot lately for sweaters. I find that their sales are incredible, but more importantly the quality is spot on. I’m also loving their color scheme this season. I’ve been really into muted jewel tones lately, and they’ve seemed to nail those this season.
I have several posts coming to the blog soon featuring American Eagle sweaters, but you can look back at previous posts here, here, and here.
