Happy Valentine’s Day, y’all! I hope you all have something sweet and fun planned for this evening! B is in California on a business trip, so it’s just AC and I tonight. To be honest, I’m thankful for that because we don’t get many mommy|daughter date nights.
Our agenda consists of watching Clueless, eating a large extra cheese pizza, and having a dance off or two. If I know us, they’ll be a couple Criminal Minds episodes thrown in there as well. The girl is obsessed with Spencer Reid, and I can’t say I blame her. I thought about setting up a “kiddie spa” for her, but it’s a school night, so maybe next time.
I wanted a “valentine-y” outfit, but nothing too cliche, so I bought this sweatshirt from Lou & Grey. An old friend of mine used to make fun of “shirts that talked”, but I’ve always loved them. My sneakers are a couple years old, but I’ll link some similar ones that I like. They’re really comfortable!
