My $2.00 Wool Cardigan

gap wool cardigan

Yep, you read that right. A Gap wool cardigan purchased for only $2.00. I bought it at the Gadsden Service Guild Rummage Sale a couple of months ago. I’ve heard people make comments like “Eww, you where someone else’s clothes?”. Yep, I sure do. Once they’re washed or dry cleaned, does it matter? I’m not too good for a bargain! It’s absolutely no different than purchasing something off of a resale board such as Poshmark.

Speaking of Poshmark, I made an account and listed a few things! When I find the time, I’ll list 247 more things (ha). In the meantime, I have them listed on a private Facebook group. If you’re interested, comment or email me and I’ll add you! A lot of things are NWT! I’m terrible about missing return deadlines (sigh).

Since were on the topic of Gadsden Service Guild, we started planning the fashion show last night! It’s my favorite fundraiser that we do (is anyone surprised??) and it’s so much fun! An afternoon of wine, shopping, fellowship, and Spring|Summer trends strutting down the runway.

We have local boutiques that feature Tween, Junior’s, and Women’s clothing, shoes and accessories for the upcoming seasons. AC walked last year for two local tween boutiques and she loved it! Naturally, that followed with my spending a lot more than I planned to on additions to her wardrobe, but I digress.

If you’re local or within driving distance to Gadsden, please consider coming! I feel like if you’re reading here, you’ll love it! It’s April 7th at 2:00. If you click on the above highlighted text, it’ll take you to the event with all details.

I hope everyone has a great day!
