ICYMI: Healthy Eating

I ordered these Gap leggings during their last sale and I love them! I’ve always worn plain black leggings because they go with everything, but loved the leg ties on these pink ones so I carted them. My only complaint is they’re made out of thin t-shirt material, so I worry about the light hitting just right and having a Janet Jackson Super Bowl- type situation. They’re also  a tad tight (they don’t stretch much), so if you’re in-between sizes, I suggest sizing up.

I’ve been trying to eat as clean and healthy as possible lately, so I had a mini-meal prep last Wednesday. The above lettuce wraps (recipe here) and meatballs (recipe here) were my first attempt at clean eating DIY. Lettuce wraps: out of this world. Meatballs: Edible, but nothing special.

I had a total white trash three week old manicure situation going on so a visit to the salon was way overdue. She didn’t cut them as short as I like them, but seeing them a little longer, I love! I’ve never went with white before, but I’m totally loving it! I give it 24 hours before I’ve noticeably ruin them though. Sigh.

I saw an Instagram ad on a breakfast dish like this and I regret not saving it! I recreated it the best I could remember and I loved it. You only need what’s pictured above plus a little fresh lime juice and parsley(optional).

You’ll probably notice these are Instagram story pictures. I’ve just started utilizing stories this last week and I’m kind of obsessed (I’m late to the party, I know).
