$28.00 Lavender Wrap Dress

lavender ruffle wrap dress

Y’all remember a few months ago when I was having a total lavender moment (here, here, and here)? Well, I think we’re back there again with this $28.00 wrap dress. As I’ve said numerous times, purple is my least favorite color, so why do I gravitate towards it as often as I do? Who knows, why have I gravitated toward a double handful of shitty guys during the span of my dating years? One may never know the answer to either. Ha!

This wrap dress is another Amazon find. It comes in eleven different colors and two prints. It’s available in Prime and fits TTS. I won’t lie though, this dress took over a month to ship. I’d actually forgotten about it until it randomly showed up in my mailbox. If you’re wanting it for an upcoming event, I’d order it at least six weeks in advance.

I have an old friends wedding to attend in September, and this is what I plan on wearing. I’ll probably just switch out my bag for my smaller leopard clutch. No one wants a big tote hitting them in the side of the head while scooting down a church pew!

These sandals are one of my favorite pairs that I own. They’re about three years old, so sadly, no longer available. They’re a great dupe for the Malone Solliers Sherry, which also are no longer available. As I’ve talked about many times, Steve Madden and Sam Edelman are two of my favorite brands for finding similar, more affordable footwear. I’m not afraid to splurge when I really want something, but if there is a similar, more affordable option, sign me up and swipe my card!

My hair stylist and I were finally able to get our schedules to coincide for the duration it took to touch up my oreo hair, thank God.  It was looking rough, y’all. Between work, vacation, and social obligations, there simply wasn’t enough hours in the day. Thankfully, between the two of us, we managed to slip in a cut and color yesterday afternoon. Any of y’all feel like you can conquer the world with a fresh ‘do? Unfortunately for me, I’m terrible at styling my own hair, so I really cherish the next few days after she does. Ha!

Anyone have any big weekend plans? I’m working on scheduling a girls weekend in the mountains in November, and if I know me, that’ll take all weekend.
